“Growth is never by mere chance; it is the result of forces working together.”

What We Do
Our mission is to enhance the growth, expansion, and competitiveness of socially or economically disadvantaged businesses by ensuring their access to credit, capital, markets, and a variety of essential resources. To be considered “socially disadvantaged”, the business has to have “been subjected to racial or ethnic prejudice or cultural bias because of the identity of the individual as a member of a group, without regard to any individual quality of the individual that is unrelated to that identity.” To be considered “economically disadvantaged”, if their “ability to compete in the free enterprise system has been impaired due to diminished capital and credit opportunities, as compared to others in the same line of business and competitive market area because of the identity of the individual as a member of a group, without regard to any individual quality of the individual that is unrelated to that identity.
We offer comprehensive consulting services, professional training, and additional resources tailored to the needs of the entire business enterprise. Our support encompasses a range of areas, including management and organizational consulting, capital access, market entry strategies, professional referrals, potential partnership opportunities, education, advocacy, and service referrals for businesses of all sizes.
Our vision is to cultivate an environment in which economic prosperity is attainable for all businesses.
