The MBDA Business Center Dallas provides consulting services to MBE firms that include, but are not limited to Access to Markets/Contracts, Access to Capital and Strategic Business Consulting. The MBDA Business Center Dallas program is a fee-for-service program.

Access to Markets/Contracts include activities that are aimed at engaging in deal making between purchasing organizations and minority firms, and assist in bringing transactions to closure. The MBDA Center – Dallas is one of 50 + business assistance centers and their markets throughout the United States. Client deliverables include a one page capability statement, targeted marketing plans, outbound telemarketing, qualified leads report and bid matching.

Access to Capital activities include helping entrepreneurs obtain appropriate financing for business growth and job creation. This goal is accomplished by identifying appropriate financing institutions, maintain strategic alliances with those institutions, brokering of financial transactions, packaging financial documents, facilitating mergers and acquisitions and conducting financial seminars. Client deliverables include a debt loan package, accounts receivable package and a private equity proposal.
